RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to prepare salads, deserts, and oyster appetizers to proper specs
Prep salads and fill salad station
Maintain a professional attitude at all times
Follows guidelines for product rotation
Follows all Shells spec and operating procedures

QUALIFICATIONS;

Ability to work in a team environment
Able to stand for up to 6 hours
Must be able to follow recipes as written
Must be able to work in a fast past kitchen
