- Able to prepare salads, deserts, and oyster appetizers to proper specs
- Prep salads and fill salad station
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Follows guidelines for product rotation
- Follows all Shells spec and operating procedures
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to stand for up to 6 hours
- Must be able to follow recipes as written
- Must be able to work in a fast past kitchen
