Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Paralegal, you will assist attorneys in all phases of performing legal services in the healthcare and hospital setting. Specific duties will vary depending on the type of project or transaction. You will maintain positive contact with clients, attorneys and staff, and will observe confidentiality of all client matters.

  • You will perform preliminary review of draft agreements and other legal documents
  • You will create and maintain all legal files
  • You will provide administrative support to attorneys
  • You will assume accountability for promoting consistent, positive patient interactions that advance the agenda of unparalleled patient service
  • You will maintain a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary
  • You will support the development and implementation of strategies to elevate the patient experience
  • You will perform other duties as assigned
What qualifications you will need:

Education

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college

Licenses and Certifications

  • Paralegal certificate
