Our attorneys handle a wide variety of cases, including general liability, automobile accidents, premises liability, commercial trucking, and other high-exposure litigation.

We are looking to add an experienced Defense Litigation Paralegal to our growing Texas team!

Job Details

What you have:
5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Strong background in insurance defense or civil defense litigation
Experience handling cases from initial pleadings through trial preparation
Strong knowledge of Texas state court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines
Experience drafting discovery requests, responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
Experience coordinating depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Bonus Points:
Experience with general liability, trucking, transportation, premises liability, or automobile defense
Federal court litigation experience
Experience with e-filing, document management systems, and litigation software
Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys with active litigation caseloads
