Our DOJ-accredited program provides support and advocacy to vulnerable immigrants and refugees, helping them achieve self-sufficiency, family unity, and successful integration through exceptional legal and social services. We serve the diverse populations of the Los Angeles area by supporting pathways to naturalization and facilitating family reunification. More information about IRR can be found at is seeking a Paralegal Manager to oversee the USCIS team within our affirmative immigration legal services program. This role supervises the preparation, review, and filing of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters, including consular processing and USCIS petitions from intake through completion, such as VAWA (I-360), T Visas, U Visas, I-485, I-130, N-400, I-751, I-601, I-131, and related forms.Key responsibilities include supervising and developing paralegals and support staff, ensuring high-quality legal work, client service excellence, and operational efficiency. The Paralegal Manager will conduct regular one-on-one meetings, review casework for quality control, and support staff professional development.This position also oversees data management, contract compliance, and grant billing, and coordinates legal consultations and clinics, including off-site and weekend events. Additional duties include developing and delivering training, supporting DOJ accreditation and program compliance, and implementing process improvements to increase program efficiency.
