    Paralegal / Legal assistant

    Glendale, CA  ·  Full-time  ·  Onsite with hybrid flexibility  ·  $65,000–$100,000 DOE

    A well-established Los Angeles area defense litigation firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their team in Glendale. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong background in litigation support to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

    What you'll do

    • Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial support
    • Draft, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
    • Manage and maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring
    • Coordinate with clients, experts, and court personnel
    • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
    • Handle document management and electronic filing with courts

    What we're looking for

    • 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a litigation setting
    • Medical malpractice experience
    • Strong knowledge of California court rules, procedures, and deadlines
    • Proficiency with legal software and electronic filing systems
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation and schedule

    • $65,000–$100,000 depending on experience
    • Onsite in Glendale with hybrid flexibility
    • Full-time position
