Assist in drafting and filing legal correspondence and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for legal matters. Maintain and update legal databases and records for easy accessibility. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings and reports. Support compliance initiatives and assist with risk management procedures. Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.
