Join Cal Water and be part of a purposedriven organization where your work makes a lasting impact.The Legal Department of California Water Service (Cal Water) is comprised of a small team of attorneys providing a full range of legal services to Cal Water and its affiliates in Washington, New Mexico, Hawai'i, and Texas.The Paralegal will be an integral part of the Legal Department, providing substantive support for, and independent work on, a range of matters including general civil litigation; corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions; and legal operations issues.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional and self-starter with a range of experience in one or more of the Department's primary practice areas: Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts, Litigation, and Privacy, but with particular emphasis in real estate and commercial transactions and complex litigation. The ideal candidate will also have a combination of private practice, government, and in-house experience.
