Paralegal

Pay Rate: $35,000 - $45,000 annuallyNew Job Opportunity for Paralegals! Smart Staffing Group is seeking Paralegals. Responsibilities: 

• Provide overall support to attorneys
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
•  Assist with the drafting/reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes
• Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record/store client information

Requirements: ​   Paralegal Certification       Enjoy extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers.      Must be able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.      Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, and be willing to be part of a team culture that requires collaboration with fellow team members.       Must have strong technical skills - typing, outlook, etc. (testing modules will be required)      Must be polished & professional - this is a client facing role.
