Have earned at least 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours from an Institution of Higher Education; 2. Hold at least an Associate's Degree; or 3. Successfully completed the ODE State Mandated Para Assessment. If you have not met one of the three above, must be willing to successfully complete number 3, the Ohio Para Assessment.Paraprofessionals may be required to perform various medical and/or health-related procedures, including lifting, toileting, and feeding, as a part of their job duties.
