Location: Nampa, ID
Contract: September 24, 2026 – June 30, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–2:45 PM
Hours: 37 hours/week
Pay: Up to $22/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking Paraprofessionals to support students ages 5–18 in elementary, middle, and high school settings. The selected candidates will work alongside educators and school staff to support students' educational, behavioral, and daily learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support to students.

• Assist students with learning activities and daily classroom routines.

• Support students across elementary, middle, and high school environments.

• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

• Provide appropriate support to students with varying educational needs.

• Follow school policies, procedures, and student support plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree – REQUIRED

• Previous experience working with children ages 5–18.

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and school staff.

• Paraprofessional certification is not required as a standalone certification in Idaho.

• Candidates with relevant experience and/or 12 hours of annual continuing education (such as special education coursework or district CPI training) will be considered.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–2:45 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
37 hours per week

Compensation

Up to $22/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
