    What We’re Looking For:

    • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently during sessions
    • Strong communication skills with both families and clinical supervisors
    • A genuine passion for supporting children and making progress that matters
    • Experience working in school-based settings

    What You’ll Get:

    • Flexible scheduling that works with your availability
    • Ongoing clinical support and supervision from experienced BCBAs
    • Professional development and support toward BCBA certification

    • Easy-to-use Rethink platform for streamlined session notes and data tracking

    Why Join Us?

We’re not just looking for someone to run sessions—we’re looking for someone who shows up with intention, builds meaningful connections with their clients, and takes pride in the progress they help create.

If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to grow in the field of ABA, we’d love to connect with you.
