The position is responsible for delivering Parisi Speed School training programs to athletes, focusing on speed, agility, strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and athletic performance. The role involves maintaining a safe and positive training environment while serving as a professional representative of the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead Parisi Speed School classes and individual training sessions according to curriculum standards.
- Instruct athletes in speed, agility, movement mechanics, strength, flexibility, and conditioning.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe and correct athlete performance.
- Modify exercises based on athlete's age, skill level, and physical ability.
- Foster a positive and energetic training environment.
- Build relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, and staff.
- Monitor athlete progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain class attendance records and performance documentation.
- Assist with athlete evaluations and performance testing.
- Ensure safe use and maintenance of training equipment.
- Set up and clean training areas before and after sessions.
- Enforce facility safety rules and emergency procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of Parisi programming and coaching techniques.
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
- Assist with camps, clinics, special events, and promotional activities as assigned.
- Represent the organization professionally in person and online.

Education and Training Required: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Parisi Speed School Certification (or ability to complete required training)
Experience Required: - Previous coaching or athletic performance experience
Physical Demands: - Frequently demonstrate athletic movements, exercises, and drills
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, run, and move continuously during sessions
- Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Work Environment: - Work in indoor and outdoor training environments
- Respond quickly to athlete and facility emergencies
