Work Schedule:

• Training: Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• After training: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a high-volume transportation and parking operations organization that supports a major transit hub. This is a small, close-knit team focused on keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Job Description:

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activity of a busy parking and transit facility. This role is responsible for supporting staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering strong customer service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a straightforward, non-corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and service levels
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
• Track and reconcile daily revenue, including deposits
• Review operational and cashier reports for accuracy
• Ensure facility equipment and signage are functioning and compliant with standards
• Conduct routine safety checks and support a secure environment for staff and customers
• Address and resolve escalated customer concerns
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and reporting
• Assist frontline staff during peak times or absences
• Support leadership with additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an office or customer-facing role
• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Experience handling phone, email, and in-person interactions
• General technical proficiency; experience with parking systems (e.g., SKIDATA) is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word preferred
• High school diploma required
