Strong analytical skills for validating prompts, conversational flows, and expected outcomes." SKILLS_REQUIRED " We are looking for a QA Engineer to support the testing of AI-based voice agents. The resource will be responsible for validating end-to-end voice workflows, AI responses, prompt-driven interactions, and integrations. The role will involve both manual testing and test automation, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities to automate AI voice and conversational workflows. Key Responsibilities Validate end-to-end AI voice agent workflows across different business scenarios. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. Validate prompt workflows, including different user inputs, conversational paths, and expected AI responses. Test voice interactions for correct workflow execution and response handling. Create and execute test scenarios covering positive, negative, and edge-case conversations. Identify opportunities to automate voice-agent and prompt-based testing. Design and maintain automated test scripts/frameworks for repeatable AI voice workflows. Validate integrations between the AI voice platform and dependent applications/services. Analyze failures and work closely with development and AI teams to identify defects. Support continuous improvement of the QA approach as AI voice capabilities evolve."
