Part Logistics Reporting Specialist

Role Summary

The Part Logistics Reporting Specialist creates, maintains, and improves reporting tools that support Parts Logistics operations. This role analyzes performance data, identifies trends, and delivers insights that help the organization achieve KPI targets and make informed decisions.

Additionally, this role will provide support to the Procurement team including but not limited to managing non-stock back orders, extreme aged orders, and ETA support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and data support to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Evaluate and improve reporting formats, workflows, and content.
• Partner with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve reporting issues.
• Document reporting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong data analytics, problem‑solving skills, and think conceptually.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to integrate data across systems and processes.
• Strong organization and stakeholder‑influencing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in material planning or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP/ET2000, SAP BW4HANA.
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Skills in SQL and Python.
• MS Power Platform modules Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
