Part-Time Accounting Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices through Bill.com
• Support Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice entry and payment tracking
• Assist with reconciliations and accounting data cleanup related to an ERP migration
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and collections activities
• Provide day-to-day accounting support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience
• Experience with NetSuite or strong QuickBooks experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Experience supporting AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
