Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

As the Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:

• Prepare and process approximately 50–60 customer invoices each month
• 
  
• Apply customer payments and manage cash applications in NetSuite
• 
  
• Monitor customer accounts and perform account reconciliations
• 
  
• Manage collections through professional customer communication
• 
  
• Support time and materials billing
• 
  
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
• 
  
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and account analysis
• 
  
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
• 
  
• NetSuite experience preferred
• 
  
• Time and materials billing experience is a plus
• 
  
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
