Part-Time Bookkeeper

Wichita, KS (On-site) | $23.00 – $28.00/hr

The Opportunity

We manufacture premium masonry water sealants and anti-graffiti coatings. We are looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper for part-time hours with a flexible schedule to help keep our financial and inventory records airtight.

What You’ll Do

• 
  
• True Double-Entry Work: Go beyond simple categorization to manage complex entries, job-costing, and month-end close procedures.
• 
  
• Inventory Accounting: Accurately track, adjust, and reconcile physical stock (raw materials and finished sealant products).
• 
  
• Manage the Books: Handle day-to-day accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• 
  
• Vendor Relations: Process vendor bills and manage fluctuating material costs.
• 
  

What You Bring

• 
  
• Solid Fundamentals: 1–3 years of experience. Strong foundational bookkeeping skills matter more to us than knowing specific software.
• 
  
• Software Skills: Experience with Sage 50 is a big plus (but not strictly required).
• 
  
• Inventory Experience: You are highly comfortable managing and reconciling physical inventory.
• 
  
• Bonus: A background in manufacturing, construction, or building materials!
•
