Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
• Process and electronically deposit checks.
• Enter and maintain vehicle information within dealership systems.
• Scan, file, and organize important dealership documents.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as part of the regular schedule.
