Part-Time Club Cleanliness Specialist

Position Overview:The Club Cleanliness Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for Anytime Fitness members and guests. This part-time position ensures that all areas of the club—including workout spaces, equipment, bathrooms, and common areas—meet our high club appearance standards to enhance the member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of cardio and strength equipment, ensuring they are free from dust, grime, and debris.
• Maintain free weight areas, ensuring racks, benches, and floors are consistently clean.
• Sanitize and restock bathrooms, tanning rooms, and locker areas as needed.
• Keep the lobby, entryway, and offices tidy, including wiping down glass doors and vacuuming.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring proper stocking levels.
• Report damaged equipment or facility issues to management and place appropriate signage when needed.

• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Enjoys being part of a team that supports health and fitness.
• Available for part-time, flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Additional Benefits 

• Up to 20 hours per week. Free gym membership + hourly compensation.
• Must be available to clean on the weekends.
• Must be available between 9 am - 3 pm
