Part-Time Client Associate

About this role:

Join Wells Fargo's Wealth & Investment Management team as a Part-Time Marketing Client Associate and help drive an exceptional client experience along with a heavy marketing focus. You will work closely with Financial Advisors and cross-functional partners to support marketing activities, client needs, enhance service delivery, and build strong, lasting relationships. The Client Associate serves as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day service requests, supporting account maintenance, a marketing focus, and ensuring operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to overall business and marketing growth while developing knowledge of wealth management products and services. This is a part-time role.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct marketing related activities including, preparing client presentations and marketing materials, coordinating marketing events, client emails, direct mail, educational content, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign results, assist with lead generation, referral opportunities, and pipeline management
• Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting a seamless client experience
• Support Financial Advisors with administrative, operational, and service-related activities to help drive business results
• Execute routine transactions, account servicing, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with onboarding new clients, including account opening and maintenance, ensuring compliance with firm policies
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
• Partner with internal teams to fulfill client needs and ensure timely resolution of requests
• Maintain strong knowledge of firm systems, products, and services to effectively support clients and advisors
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of brokerage and client services support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Marketing Experience
• Experience with marketing related activities including, preparing client presentations and marketing materials, coordinating marketing events, client emails, direct mail, educational content, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Experience with tracking campaign results, assisting with lead generation, referral opportunities, and pipeline management
• Knowledge of financial services and brokerage operations, including account management and servicing, and adherence to compliance requirements within a regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships through active listening, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, Financial Advisors, and business partners
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and partner effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve client needs and support business objectives
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, exercise sound judgment, and identify appropriate solutions to meet client and business needs
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and operational excellence when handling transactions, documentation, and client requests
• Experience with reporting and analysis, including organizing information, identifying trends, and supporting business decisions through accurate data management
• Administrative organization and task management skills with the ability to coordinate activities, maintain records, and support operational processes efficiently
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, manage competing deadlines, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage work independently while maintaining accountability, organization, and consistent follow-through on client and business commitments
