Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable
part-time Closing Office Assistant to join our team!
Location: 101 Pipestone Plaza NE, Leesburg, VA 20176
Hours: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience
In this role, you’ll help support our school’s daily operations while working in a warm, nurturing environment dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for young children.
Responsibilities include:• Assisting with closing procedures and completing administrative tasks
• Answering phone calls and welcoming parents and visitors
• Assisting with billing and enrollment paperwork
• Supporting the school leadership team with various office responsibilities
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient office environment
• Act as Resource Teacher as needed throughout shift
• Drive school bus to pickup kids
We’re looking for someone with:️ Previous office or administrative experience
️ Strong organizational and communication skills
️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
️ The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
️ A passion for working with children and families
