Part- Time Commericial Maintenance Technician - Weekend PM Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to help ensure our facility remains safe, and fully operational. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to work independently. Position is for weekend night shifts, approximately 5pm-12pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs, and basic plumbing/electrical knowledge.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance needs
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, lighting, etc.) and report issues promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in commercial or office buildings
• Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems
• Flexibility to handle occasional emergency calls
