Part-Time CustodianAmerican Bolt Corporation - New Berlin, WIPart-Time | Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM | $19-20/hourPosition SummaryAmerican Bolt Corporation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility environment. This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks throughout the office, warehouse, breakroom, and restroom areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is committed to maintaining a clean workplace for employees and visitors.ScheduleMonday-Friday3:30 PM - 5:30 PMApproximately 10 hours per weekEssential Job ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust facility surfaces.Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including paper products and soap.Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other high-touch areas as needed.Maintain floors and ensure walkways remain clean and free of hazards.Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues to management.Assist with occasional deep-cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning tasks.Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow instructions and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks in an office and warehouse environment.BenefitsFlexible part-time scheduleFriendly team environmentOpportunity for additional hours as business needs requireAbout American Bolt CorporationFamily-owned and headquartered in southeastern Wisconsin, American Bolt Corporation has been a trusted fastener distributor for over 60 years.
