What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries

• Book appointments and update the scheduling system

• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate bookings

• Deliver a warm, professional experience on every interaction

• Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
