Part-Time/Data Entry Associate- 6mo Temporary Assignment! 8a-12p M-F

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Associate to support our International Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating master data within SharePoint, with a focus on customs and shipping-related information required for international spare parts shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain customs and shipping-related master data in SharePoint.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before submitting updates.
• Review and correct data discrepancies as identified.
• Organize and maintain records to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with the International team to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Follow established processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• International shipping or customs experience is not required; training will be provided.
