We currently have a part-time opening for a Driver position. The Driver provides safe transportation services for residents in independent living, the health center, and catered (assisted) living. The Driver must be a team player with the ability to provide quality and friendly customer service and accomplish daily goals. The starting pay range for this position is $17.11 to $22.75 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
Safely transport residents to various locations for appointments, business and pleasure.
Respond to all fire, health and other emergencies according to WCBR policies.
Perform the “daily checklist” for the bus in use each day; report all service needs to the Senior Bus Driver.
Qualifications
Ability to schedule, coordinate, and implement activities with numerous details and multiple deadlines; ability to perform under pressure.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to set a good example, maintain a professional appearance and manner, make a good impression, and work effectively with others; in person, in writing and through oral communications.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, follow detailed procedures, and have good customer service skills.
Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Requirements
Must have a valid Virginia Driver's license with clean record.
5 years of driving experience.
Current CPR and First aid certification.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
Commercial Driver's License is preferred, but not required.
