Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions | Palm Beach County (some Broward)
Part-Time | Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to approx. 10:30 PM (20 to 30 hours per week)
Pay: $17 to $19 per hour, based on experience


Sawgrass Cleaning Solutions cleans schools, churches, bank branches, condominium associations and offices across Palm Beach and Broward counties. We track the quality of every building we clean through Swept, so our clients can see what gets done each night. We’re looking for an evening supervisor who holds a crew to a high standard and wants to build a career with us.


What you’ll do

• Train new cleaning staff on our standards, procedures and safety practices
• Cover open shifts when team members are out
• Handle detail cleaning tasks and special projects, including floor care
• Inspect buildings using Swept, our inspection and communication app
• Supervise cleaning crews across multiple job sites during evening shifts
• Report to our Director of Operations on staffing, supply needs and client concerns

What we’re looking for

• Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Must speak Spanish. Spanish is required to train and supervise our Spanish-speaking staff. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your own
• Comfortable using a smartphone app to complete inspections and reports
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Available Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 PM, with Saturday availability as needed
• Floor care experience (stripping, waxing, carpet extraction) is a plus. We will train the right person.

Transportation requirement
Travel between client job sites is an essential function of this position. Candidates must have a valid Florida driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance that meets or exceeds Florida’s minimum coverage requirements. Proof of license and insurance will be required before hire and must be kept current while employed. Mileage driven between job sites is reimbursed. Most work is in Palm Beach County, and occasional travel to Broward County is required.
