Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $18.75-$20.25 per hour depending on supervisory and food safety experience. For part-time staff, the district provides a PERA retirement plan, long-term disability, an optional supplemental 401(k) plan, an employee assistance plan, and the ability to enroll in supplemental insurances and savings accounts through a third-party vendor. Weld RE-9 offers sick leave and personal leave as well as other benefits specific to our school district. Finally, the Weld Re-9 school district offers a tuition reimbursement program, reimbursement for obtaining a substitute license, as well as pathways to teacher licensure for interested staff. Weld RE-9 offers sick leave and personal leave and the option to be paid over 9 or 12 months.
