Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Front Desk & Operations Assistant for Cupertino/Los Altos locations, 20–30 hrs/week (Tue–Sun), $18–$25/hr based on experience.
- Support daily administrative tasks: printing, filing, supplies, and data entry.
- Manage classroom materials, inventory, and setup to ensure smooth campus operations.
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with check-ins, inquiries, and program info.
- Assist with preparing educational materials, tracking attendance, and supporting events.
- Maintain organized, welcoming learning environments across sites.
Qualifications: Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills; experience in admin, retail, hospitality, or education support is a plus; available on weekends/evenings.
