You'll help members get where they need to go, introduce new guests to the club, and make every visit welcoming and enjoyable.What You'll DoWelcome members and guests, manage check-ins, and provide friendly, professional front desk service.Lead club tours, explain membership options, and help prospective members find the right fit.Drive membership, merchandise, and event sales through helpful, engaging conversations.Answer member questions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems.Assist with court reservations and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events.Support pro shop sales, merchandise displays, and inventory restocking.Keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized.Build relationships with members and work with teammates to keep busy shifts running smoothly.Schedule RequirementsThis is a part-time position focused on weekend coverage. Applicants must have consistent availability on both Saturdays and Sundays and be comfortable working varying weekend shifts based on club needs.Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to stay organized during peak hours are essential.Who We're Looking ForYou're personable, reliable, and comfortable starting conversations.
