Benefits:About the Role:1Above Quality Services LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to
provide custodial services at a professional office facility in Ruther Glen, Virginia. Hours: Approximately 2 hours per service day / 4 hours per week
Primary Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty office and common-area trash
- Sweep and damp mop floors
- Clean offices and conference rooms as required
- Clean and sanitize breakroom/kitchen surfaces
- Clean entrance glass and doors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
- Vacuum and maintain entrance/walk-off mats
- Replenish restroom supplies
- Maintain the janitorial closet in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform other routine custodial duties within the assigned facility
- Schedule Tuesday and Thursday
RequirementsApplicants must be reliable, able to work independently, maintain a professional appearance, and
consistently complete assigned cleaning duties to established quality standards. Because the work is
performed at a Virginia State Police facility, the selected employee must be able to successfully complete
required background screening and fingerprinting before beginning work.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
This position is well suited for someone seeking a small, consistent part-time schedule in the Ruther Glen
area.
