Summit Ridge Place, a welcoming senior living community in Sauk Rapids, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing support and help ensure exceptional care for our residents.
This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about senior care, values teamwork, and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment.
Position Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident health status and report changes appropriately
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with caregivers, leadership, physicians, and families
Assist with resident assessments and care planning
Support compliance with state regulations and community policies
Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and emergencies
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to prioritize and work independently
CPR certification preferred
