Part - Time Line Cook (AM Shift)

Maumee Bay Lodge and Conference Center is seeking candidates for an experienced AM Line Cook responsible for cooking Breakfast & Lunch items for the Water's Edge Restaurant and Banquet events.

Most shifts will be 6am - 2pm, but may vary with earlier start times depending on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Must possess the ability to cook eggs and other common breakfast foods
• Experience with grill, fryer, broiler and saute required
• Availability to work mornings 
• Weekends & holidays required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare or direct preparation of breakfast & lunch items using established production procedures  
• Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation. 
• Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
• Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved 
• Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation 
• Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints about food service as needed 
• Other duties as assigned
