Supports loan operations

Monitor, report, and coordinate operational processes.

Reviews processes and facilitates internal controls for both production departments and systems, specifically LaserPro.

Coordinates the impact of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by ensuring that all necessary parts of the project are accurate and complete.

Report all loan operations production to ensure regulatory and service level expectations are met.

Troubleshoots all system problems and resolves them accordingly.

Organizes and analyzes information to make written recommendations on solving gaps between the banks processes to managers.
