What You'll Do- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and loving environment
- Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation
- Provide nurturing and positive care that supports each child’s unique needs
- Maintain clear communication with parents about progress, activities, and concerns
- Adapt to family schedules and provide reliable support
- Help establish and maintain routines and boundaries that align with each family's values
Requirements- At least three years of professional childcare experience
- experience with infants and babies
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR & SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver's License
- Your own reliable transportation suitable for safely driving children
- Comfortable around pets (cats and dogs)
- No additional children allowed on the job
