Part-Time Night Auditor

Glacier International Lodge is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. If you enjoy helping guests, working independently, and keeping things organized, we would love to hear from you!


Our Night Auditor provides welcoming overnight guest service while reviewing and balancing the hotel’s daily financial transactions. This role helps ensure accurate records, smooth front desk operations, and maintain a comfortable, safe environment for our guests.


Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time, year-round position; full-time opportunities may also be available.
  
  
• Must be available to work overnight shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays.
  
  
• Flexible, family-oriented work environment.
  
  
• Regular opportunities to earn job incentives.
  
  
• A Shuttle Driver/Guest Service Attendant is scheduled alongside the Night Auditor until 1:00 a.m.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  
  
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and share information about hotel policies, services, amenities, and local attractions.
  
  
• Assist walk-in guests with reservations and offer room upgrades when appropriate.
  
  
• Stay informed about group arrivals, corporate accounts, and special guest needs through clear communication with the sales team and other departments.
  
  
• Post charges, process payments, and review guest accounts for accuracy.
  
  
• Balance cash drawers, credit card transactions, and direct-bill accounts.
  
  
• Investigate discrepancies and make authorized corrections according to hotel procedures.
  
  
• Complete nightly audit reports and prepare clear information for the next shift.
  
  
• Respond calmly to guest concerns and involve management when needed.
  
  
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
  
  
• Remain attentive to guest safety, promptly report concerns, and follow hotel security and emergency procedures.
  
  
• Follow training guidelines and complete other duties assigned by your supervisor.
