Responsibilities:- Conduct patient examinations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate directly with Dr. Lopez to deliver high-quality patient care
- Document patient histories, progress notes, and medical records accurately
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as needed
- Prescribe medications and manage patient follow-up care
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health measures
- Coordinate referrals and communicate with specialists as appropriate
Requirements:- Current PA-C certification from the NCCPA
- Valid California Physician Assistant license in good standing
- DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications
- Previous clinical experience in a physician office or outpatient setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and EHR systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team
