About the role
The Pediatric Physical Therapist is a part-time, hourly position responsible for providing evaluation and treatment services for children from birth through age 18. This role focuses on improving functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care.
Therapists at The Therapy Place work with a wide range of pediatric diagnoses, including gross motor delays, neuromuscular and developmental disorders, orthopedic conditions, and mobility limitations. You will develop plans of care, provide hands-on treatment, and collaborate with families to support progress across home, school, and community environments.
This position offers flexible, reduced hours and is ideal for clinicians seeking a part-time schedule, whether balancing family commitments, pursuing additional work, or transitioning workloads. Scheduling is designed to align with therapist availability and clinic needs, allowing for a consistent but adaptable caseload.
You’ll work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and support staff. Therapists have the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, including within the Bridges School program, while maintaining a manageable schedule and strong work-life balance.
