Part Time Production Team Member- Pacific, MO

Summary

Production Team Members perform assigned entry-level factory work to manufacture and assemble commercial and residential food and beverage refrigeration equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand movements.
• Assemble parts using appropriate hand tools, such as air guns, power drills and power screw drivers.
• Install pop rivets and perform other sheet metal production duties.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts with very sharp edges or burrs.
• Clean parts and finished models to remove oils and residues from inside and outside of unit.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Must be physically able to stand for up to 12 hours of the workday on a cement floor.
• Handling of heavy and sharp metals and operating powerful hydraulic presses on a regular basis.
• Prolonged use of vibrating and air-powered (pneumatic) tools, sustained overhead lifting activities, prolonged or sustained repetitive grasping and/or gripping with hands, and sustained repetitive bending of the wrists.
• Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 50 pounds as needed for production.

Part-Time Schedule Options

• Option 1: Two 10-hour days per week (20 hours a week)

• Available schedules are Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday.

• Selected days must be consecutive and remain consistent once chosen.

• Scheduled hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours may vary by up to 15 minutes.

• Option 2: Three 9-hour days per week (27 hours a week)

• Hours must be worked Monday through Thursday.

• Applicants may select which three days they prefer, but the schedule must remain consistent once selected.

• Available time options are 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The selected time must remain consistent.

• Option 3: Weekend schedule (10-24 hours a week)

• Weekend shifts require a minimum of 10 total hours and may be scheduled up to 24 total hours; max 29 hours per weekend.

• Example:

• Applicants may work 5 hours on Saturday and 5 hours on Sunday.(10 hours)

• Applicants may work 10 or 12 hours on either Saturday or Sunday.

• Applicants may also choose a set number of hours each day, as long as the total weekend schedule meets the minimum requirement. Weekend shift availability runs up to 12 hours per day.

Team members are required to follow all company safety rules, wear safety glasses, ear plugs and other necessary safety equipment to prevent injuries. Team members are also required to follow all plant/work rules and supervisory instructions. Team members must be able to move to any part of the plant where needed to maintain production. Assignments are made on an hourly or daily basis as necessary to meet production requirements.
