About Us:

The Project Coordinator will oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the HRSA-funded Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Residency Training in Street Medicine (PCTE RTSM) program, ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and evaluation. This is a part-time position (50%).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate program logistics, including resident rotations, faculty schedules, and training activities.

• Serve as a liaison between the residency program, community-based organizations (CBOs), and HRSA.

• Assist in budget management, tracking grant expenditures, and documenting compliance with HRSA requirements.

• Support data collection and reporting, including performance metrics and program evaluation efforts.

• Organize faculty development sessions, preceptor training, and educational workshops.

• Facilitate resident participation in national and regional conferences related to homeless healthcare.

• Assist in curriculum development and educational material organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Up to 2 years experience in program coordination, medical education, or community health initiatives required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with grant management and reporting preferred.

• Passion for working with underserved populations.

Additional Information: In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is listed below. Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Minimum Salary Range: USD $36.00/Hr. Maximum Salary Range: USD $38.92/Hr.
