Part time Program Coordinator

About Us:

The Project Coordinator will oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the HRSA-funded Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Residency Training in Street Medicine (PCTE RTSM) program, ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and evaluation. This is a part-time position (50%).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate program logistics, including resident rotations, faculty schedules, and training activities.

• Serve as a liaison between the residency program, community-based organizations (CBOs), and HRSA.

• Assist in budget management, tracking grant expenditures, and documenting compliance with HRSA requirements.

• Support data collection and reporting, including performance metrics and program evaluation efforts.

• Organize faculty development sessions, preceptor training, and educational workshops.

• Facilitate resident participation in national and regional conferences related to homeless healthcare.

• Assist in curriculum development and educational material organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Up to 2 years experience in program coordination, medical education, or community health initiatives required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with grant management and reporting preferred.

• Passion for working with underserved populations.

Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Minimum Salary Range: USD $36.00/Hr. Maximum Salary Range: USD $38.92/Hr.
