Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in Dayton. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining a safe, professional, and supportive environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients' conditions and overall well-being.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurately document patient information.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in a patient's condition, escalating concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Assist with care planning and ensure individualized patient needs are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Respond appropriately to urgent or changing patient-care needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established policies and procedures.
