Direct Demo is seeking motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Part-Time Sales Representatives to promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements inside Costco Wholesale locations. We're hiring immediately and looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment and are motivated by performance-based earning opportunities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly Base Pay: $23-$24 per hour.
• Daily Bonus Opportunities: Earn an additional $60-$300+ per day based on sales performance and applicable bonus qualifications.
• Employment Classification: W-2 employee, not an independent contractor.
• Pay Schedule: Paid weekly, every Friday, via direct deposit.
• Paid Training: Comprehensive training and ongoing sales support.
• Equipment Reimbursement: Reimbursement for the required demonstration table upon submission of a purchase receipt, in accordance with company policy.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you'll engage Costco members, educate customers on Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements, conduct product demonstrations, and drive sales.

You'll join a supportive, results-driven team where initiative, dedication, and strong sales performance are recognized and rewarded.

WORK LOCATIONS

This position supports the following Costco Wholesale locations in South Carolina:

• Columbia SC, SC — Costco #1232

Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to work at assigned location(s) based on business and scheduling needs.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Shift Hours: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, local time.
• Paid Hours: 6.5 hours per shift.
• Weekly Schedule: 2–4 shifts per week, based on business needs.
• Availability: Must reliably work scheduled shifts.
• Weekend Availability: Required based on location scheduling needs.

Work schedules are determined by individual sales performance, demonstrated reliability, and Costco location coverage requirements. Employee availability may be considered but does not guarantee specific shifts or scheduling preferences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively engage Costco members and deliver a positive, professional customer experience.
• Demonstrate and promote Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements.
• Accurately communicate product features, benefits, and value while answering customer questions.
• Consistently meet or exceed established daily and weekly sales quotas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demonstration station.
• Wear proper company-approved uniform attire and maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty.
• Complete required daily check-ins, photo submissions, reporting, and timekeeping accurately and on time.
• Follow Direct Demo policies, Costco guidelines, and applicable product demonstration procedures.
• Participate in required training and ongoing sales development.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Sales & Professional Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous sales, retail, promotional, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Confident in initiating conversations and engaging customers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical & Transportation Requirements

• Ability to stand and actively engage customers throughout scheduled shifts, with required breaks.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 35 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned Costco Wholesale locations.
• Must be able to transport demonstration supplies, equipment, and products to and from Costco locations.
• Must be able to securely and appropriately store demonstration supplies, equipment, and products at home.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

• Must have a smartphone capable of taking photographs, accessing company applications, and completing daily check-ins, photo submissions, and reports.
• Must have access to a smartphone, laptop, or computer equipped with a functioning webcam for virtual interviews, training, and company meetings.
• Must be able to purchase a portable 4 ft. × 2 ft. demonstration table and submit the purchase receipt for reimbursement.
• Must be able to use company-designated applications and communication platforms.
