This opportunity can be built part time and remotely around an existing schedule. Previous insurance experience is not required. You do need to be willing to obtain a life insurance license, learn the business, follow a proven process, and consistently put in the activity required to produce results. CGH Group is led by Tanya and Michael Hughes. Tanya entered the insurance industry as a stay at home mother raising six children and went on to become one of the top producing sales agents in the country with Equis Financial. Her path is a big part of how CGH Group approaches agent development today. You do not have to come into this business with years of insurance experience. You need the willingness to learn, develop your skills, and consistently work toward your goals.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO Once properly licensed, you will:

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients by phone or video

• Work with people who are looking for information about financial protection options
• \n
• Understand each client’s financial goals, family needs, budget, and existing coverage
• \n
• Review appropriate insurance solutions from multiple carriers
• \n
• Run quotes and clearly explain available options
• \n
• Help clients make informed decisions about coverage
• \n
• Complete and submit applications
• \n
• Follow cases through underwriting and placement
• \n
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the process
• \n
• Build long term client relationships
• \n
• Manage appointments, follow up, and your sales pipeline

• Build and own your book of business
