What We're Looking For

Must be at least 15 years of age or older. No previous work experience required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees. Ability to obtain required food handler permits within two (2) weeks of hire, if required by local ordinances. State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit prior to beginning employment. Guidance will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, serving beverages, and proactively meeting service needs. Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by warmly greeting tables, guiding residents through menu selections, accurately taking orders, and serving meals from beverages through dessert. Keep the dining room looking its best by clearing and resetting tables, handling dishes, refilling water carafes, and preparing tables before meals. Help maintain a clean and organized environment by vacuuming carpets, cleaning the salad bar, and completing other cleaning tasks as assigned. Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly and positive attitude. Listen and respond thoughtfully to resident comments or concerns and communicate feedback to supervisors when appropriate. Support the team wherever needed by completing side work and other duties assigned by managers or supervisors.
