Job Description:

Chick-fil-A Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food service.

As a Part-Time Team Member, you may be assigned to work in Hospitality (Front of House) or in the Kitchen (Back of House):

Hospitality Team Members:

As a Part-Time Hospitality Team Member working in the Drive-Thru, the Front Counter and Dining Room (Front of House), you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru, deliver meals to Guests, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and ensure each guest has a great experience!

• Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
• Work in outside weather conditions (Drive-Thru)

Kitchen Team Members:

As a Part-Time Kitchen Team Member (Back of House), you will prepare and cook food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness and other kitchen duties as a part of our team of culinary food service workers.

Responsibilities:

• Be a friendly, encouraging team player with a positive attitude
• Be consistent and reliable with your availability
• Work in all areas of the kitchen
• Cook and prepare food
• Share in other kitchen duties such as dishwashing and cleaning
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Follow quality assurance and food safety procedures
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Genuinely friendly and caring
• 16 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Ability to do rigorous work, including standing for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
