We are seeking a highly engaging, academically strong tutor to work with three elementary-aged students (Kindergarten–4th grade) in their home in Kentfield.
This is an in-person role focused on building strong academic foundations in both math and reading. The tutor will reinforce school concepts, support advanced math learning through Russian School of Mathematics materials, and help develop strong reading and language skills.
This is not a passive homework-help or babysitting role. The tutor will be expected to actively teach, break down concepts, and adapt explanations based on each child’s learning style.
At the same time, the right candidate will bring energy, warmth, and the ability to keep young students engaged and motivated.
Schedule:
1.5 to 2.5 hours per day
4–5 days per week
Afternoon hours
Location: In-person in Kentfield (students’ home)

Requirements
Tutor Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of tutoring or teaching
Ability to commute to Kentfield 4-5 hours/week
Professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills
