JobID: 53632Prestige Staffing is looking for a Part-Time Ultrasound Technologist (DMS & Echocardiography) to work two days a week. This is a direct hire role and is located in Sandy Springs, GA. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Ultrasound Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires proficiency in both Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) and Echocardiography. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, producing high-quality diagnostic images, and providing excellent patient care. Details:Compensation: $50 an hourHours - part time two full daysKey ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including general diagnostic (DMS) and cardiac (echocardiography) examsPrepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring comfortAcquire and analyze high-quality images for physician interpretationRecognize and document normal and abnormal findingsMaintain accurate patient records and imaging documentationEnsure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipmentFollow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelinesCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient careQualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related fieldCurrent certification in:RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer)RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or equivalent (preferred/required based on your needs)Minimum [X] years of experience in both general and cardiac ultrasound preferredStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathologyExcellent patient care and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPreferred SkillsExperience in outpatient or private practice settingsProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsStrong attention to detail and diagnostic accuracyWork Schedule2 days per week (e.g., [Monday & Wednesday] or flexible based on availability)No weekends/No call (adjust if needed)#ZR-Pro#LI-Onsite#LI-AW1
