Job Description

Overview

The Windows Ecosystem and Customer Engagements (WECE) team works across the Windows ecosystem to enable partners and customers to successfully build, deploy, and scale solutions on Microsoft platforms. WECE partners closely with product teams, engineering, and the ecosystem to remove friction, accelerate readiness, and drive real-world customer and partner outcomes.

Within WECE, we are building scalable, AI-powered enablement experiences that help Microsofts hardware partners self-serve, onboard, troubleshoot, and succeed across Microsoft technologies.

We are seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager to serve as a trusted partner-facing program manager, managing technical relationships with server OEM, ODM, IHV, and silicon partners while contributing to the development of AI-powered enablement tools and platforms. This role blends hands-on partner engagement with product management responsibilities - you will be the connection point between partner needs and the platform capabilities we build.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, silicon vendors), driving readiness, onboarding, and technical enablement for Windows platform releases.
  • Coordinate across Microsoft engineering, support, and product teams to resolve partner blockers, accelerate device/solution quality, and drive partner outcomes.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with partner engineering teams, representing Microsoft in technical engagements and navigating across groups and levels.
  • Translate partner feedback, pain points, and usage patterns into actionable insights for internal platforms and product teams.
  • Manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously, tracking progress, risks, and deliverables with a data-driven approach.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for internal AI-powered enablement tools by channeling real-world partner scenarios, supporting feature validation, and helping define success metrics.
  • Participate in sprint planning, feature prioritization, and iteration cycles to continuously improve scalable, self-service partner enablement experiences.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and cross-team stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with server hardware technologies or platform services.
  • Experience working with server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, or silicon vendors).
  • Familiarity with Windows platform technologies, device development, or certification processes.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, platform services, or data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ years experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing technical role.
