Partner, Matrimonial - Forensics, Valuation & Litigation Support

This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on meaningful client work, have a voice in the growth of the practice, and help shape the direction of a family law and divorce litigation support offering.

What You’ll Do

• Leading complex divorce financial consulting, forensic accounting, and business valuation engagements
• Serving as an expert witness in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Advising attorneys and clients on equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, lifestyle analysis, and other financial aspects of divorce
• Helping grow and develop a Family Law & Divorce Litigation Support practice
• Building relationships with attorneys, clients, and professional networks
• Representing the practice through networking, thought leadership, and industry involvement
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of consultants and analysts

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in a related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• A strong background in complex matrimonial and divorce-related financial matters
• Experience serving as a financial expert witness
• The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to client service and practice development
• A professional designation such as CPA, CVA, ABV, ASA, CFA, CFE, or CFF
• Professional involvement with organizations such as AAML, NACVA, ASA, or similar groups is a plus
